Sloupec Dostupnost ukazuje, zda má každá skladová položka volný sklad ve zvolených místech. Položky s alespoň jednou volnou jednotkou zobrazují štítek „Dostupné“ (zelený indikátor). Položky bez volných jednotek zobrazují „Nedostupné“ (červený indikátor).Tabulku můžete podle stavu dostupnosti filtrovat a rychle tak najít položky, které jsou volné nebo plně zamluvené. Hodnota dostupnosti se počítá jako kapacita položky mínus všechny překrývající se záznamy o nedostupnosti (objednávky, rezervace, odstupy) ve zvoleném rozsahu dat.
Sledování stavu a umístění položky

Správa příjmů a výdajů
Zaznamenávejte a sledujte tržby, náklady na údržbu a další finanční údaje ke každé jednotlivé položce.Více: Příjmy a výdaje
Vyberte položky a zvolte Archivovat, čímž je vyřadíte z používání. Položka přestane přispívat rezervovatelnou kapacitou a její nedokončené blokace se uvolní, takže objednávky, ke kterým byla přiřazena, potřebují náhradní jednotku. Zaškrtněte řádky v tabulce a zvolte Upravit. Otevře se jedna stránka skladové položky, která zapisuje do celého výběru. Hodnoty atributů se řídí modelem dědičnosti: skladové položky dědí od svého nadřazeného SKU, pokud nejsou přepsány na úrovni položky. Filtrování tuto dědičnost respektuje — filtr odpovídá výsledné hodnotě, ať už pochází ze skladové položky nebo ze SKU.
