How the switch works

Activate from the payment link sent to you by email. Adding your payment details starts your trial, cancels your 1.0 subscription at the same moment, and schedules your first 2.0 invoice for the end of the trial. Expect one bill, not two.
Tiers differ in what they include: custom user roles, advanced reporting, audit logs, paying by invoice, enforced two-factor and SSO, audit history length, and support level.Confirm current pricing and what your agreement includes with your TWICE contact before you sign. This page deliberately does not restate prices, because they change and your agreement is the authority.
Raise it rather than absorbing it if you are billed for both systems. That is a mistake, and you are eligible for a refund.

  • Your tier and location count are agreed and written down.
  • Payment details are added and the trial has started.
  • Your 1.0 subscription shows as canceled.
  • You know when the trial ends and when the first invoice is due.
  • Your first invoice has been checked against what you agreed.
