The four numbers
Match the report to the payout window
Find the date range your provider’s payout actually covers. Providers state this on the payout record itself, and it rarely lines up with a calendar month, least of all your first one. Run Reports → Payments for that same range, filtered to the currency the payout paid out in. Read Payments received and Refunds and deposits returned off the summary, and Platform transaction fees from its own section.A payout can straddle two report periods, and the report has no concept of “included in this payout.” If the provider’s window does not fall on a clean boundary, run the report for the wider range that contains it and expect a few transactions on either side that belong to the neighboring payout instead.
Add your provider’s side
TWICE’s report stops atNet after platform transaction fees. From there, your provider’s own dashboard or payout statement carries the rest:
Landed should equal charged, less refunded, less TWICE’s platform transaction fee, less your provider’s own fee, for the transactions the payout actually covers. A difference beyond that is usually a transaction still waiting for the next payout rather than an error, so check the following one before treating it as one.
What to hand your accountant
Export the same period from Reports → Payments → Export as a CSV. It carries one row per payment line with the amount, tax, and fee columns behind this page’s numbers, joined to the revenue export byRevenue_Row_ID. See Finance Reports for what each column means.
Done when
- You can name the four numbers for one payout: charged, refunded, withheld, and landed.
- You can account for the difference between TWICE’s net figure and what arrived in your bank.
- You know where to find your provider’s own fee and payout records without asking support.
