Jak identifikovat skladové položky pomocí skladových kódů a čárových kódů
Přidělte každému kusu kód, který lze naskenovat, a zjistěte, co dělá skladový kód, čárový kód nabídky, kód SKU a reference objednávky, když se naskenují.

Přidělte každému kusu kód, umístěte ho na kus a naskenujte ho, abyste kus nasbírali kdekoli v administraci. Tato stránka také určuje, co dělají zbývající tři skenovatelné kódy, protože první dva si personál plete.

Skladový kód dejte na štítek majetku a čárový kód nabídky na štítek na polici. Pracovník, který kompletuje zboží, se ptá „který kus to je“. Někdo u pultu se ptá „co to je“.
V dialogu Registrovat novou skladovou položku nastavte Kódy položek a určete, odkud kódy pocházejí.
Automaticky generovat nechá kódy vytvořit TWICE. O počtu kusů pak rozhoduje Množství.
Manuál znamená, že kódy zadáváte sami a pole Množství zmizí. Počet zadaných kódů je počet kusů. Tři kódy, tři kusy.
Před odesláním kódy spočítejte. Právě tato záměna lidi překvapí.

Přidejte nebo změňte kódy na existujícím kusu
Otevřete položku a upravte její kódy na kartě Všeobecné.Dejte jednomu kusu víc než jeden kód, když už nese štítek dodavatele a chcete vedle něj vlastní. Při naskenování oba vedou ke stejnému kusu.

Umístěte kód na fyzický kus
Kód vytiskněte a nalepte ho tam, kde ho bude pracovník hledat. Nedávejte ho na součást, která se odnímá, ani na místo, které se během sezóny otře.K vykreslení čárového kódu použijte šablonu dokumentu, aby štítek vzešel z TWICE a ne z odděleného nástroje.

Naskenujte kód
Skenujte kdekoli v administraci. Není třeba nejdřív zaměřit žádné pole pro skenování: TWICE sleduje vstup ze skeneru a s kódem naloží.Skladový kód nasbírá kus do panelu Naskenované položky, místo aby vás přesunul jinam, takže si z police můžete postavit sadu a provést akci s celou najednou. Naskenujete-li druhý kus hromadné skladové položky, počet na jejím řádku vzroste.

Vyberte akci v panelu Naskenované položky. Nabízí čtyři.

Do dostupného skladu uvolňuje kusy tím, že ukončí to, co je drží, takže u kusu, který je stále u zákazníka, se jeho objednávka ukončí. Použijte to k vyčištění zastaralých blokací, ne k úklidu sady, kterou jste naskenovali omylem. Vymazat všechny skeny je ta akce, která nic nemění.

Poznejte, na co se skenování vyhodnotí
Počítejte s tím, že se jeden řetězec zkontroluje najednou proti všem čtyřem druhům. Každý druh je jedinečný jen sám v sobě, takže jeden řetězec může pojmenovat kus, nabídku, SKU i objednávku současně.Kód odpovídající přesně jedné věci se zpracuje podle tabulky na začátku této stránky. Kód odpovídající více věcem se nahlásí, ne vyřeší: dialog s nadpisem „Tento kód odpovídá více položkám“ vypíše shody a požádá vás o výběr. Žádný druh kódu nemá přednost před jiným.
Jeden kód pojmenovává skladovou položku i nabídku
Reference objednávek se shodují volněji než ostatní tři, záměrně. Reference se shoduje celá a shoduje se i samotné číslo, takže naskenování 42 najde objednávku zobrazenou jako #42. Jako číslo objednávky se čte jen dotaz tvořený samými číslicemi, takže 123-A objednávku č. 123 nikdy nenajde.
Naskenování štítku přidá kus do Naskenovaných položek, pojmenovaný na vlastním řádku.
Kód, který se nevyřeší, to oznámí:Kód nebyl nalezen, v upozornění. TWICE přečetl skener správně a nic nenašel, což je jiný problém než nefunkční skener.
Kód je na kartě Všeobecné u položky, vedle ostatních kódů položky, pokud jich nese víc.
Klikněte na prázdné místo stránky a naskenujte znovu. Skenování se záměrně ignoruje, dokud má fokus vstupní pole, textové pole nebo upravitelné pole, takže sken do pole formuláře se zapíše do pole.Zkontrolujte, zda nejste na stránce objednávky. Objednávky mají vlastní skener, který věci přidává do objednávky, místo aby je sbíral. Při kompletaci je to záměr, ne závada.
„Kód nebyl nalezen“
Skenování proběhlo a vyhledávání nic nenašlo. Kódy se shodují přesně, po oříznutí okolních mezer, bez částečné nebo přibližné shody.Vyhledejte kód jako text v tabulce inventáře. Pokud tam není, kus ho nenese. Pokud tam je a skenování stále selhává, porovnejte oba znak po znaku: skener nastavený tak, aby přidával předponu, příponu nebo konec řádku, vytvoří řetězec, který už neodpovídá.
Skenování se ptá, který jsem myslel(a)
Vyberte ten, který jste měli na mysli, a skenování pokračuje. Řetězec je na více objektech, nejčastěji jde o čárový kód výrobce použitý jako skladový kód i jako čárový kód nabídky.Aby se otázka přestala objevovat, oddělte jmenné prostory. Dejte kusům vlastní skladové kódy, automaticky generované nebo s předponou, a čárový kód výrobce ponechte nabídce.
Skenování se ptá, který kus, a oba jsou stejný model
Najděte oba kusy a jednomu změňte kód. Dva kusy nesou stejný kód, nebo se štítek dostal na špatný kus, takže obě sedí a skenování se místo rozhodnutí ptá.U zásob, které nemají vlastní externí identifikátor, používejte automaticky generované kódy. Tomu se vyhnou ze své podstaty, což je hlavní důvod, proč je použít.
Nastavil(a) jsem kódy ručně a vznikl špatný počet kusů
Před odesláním kódy spočítejte. U kódů Manuál je počet kódů počtem kusů, proto je pole Množství skryté. Pro pět kusů zadejte pět kódů.
Který kód patří na štítek na polici a který na kus?
Kusu dejte skladový kód a polici, přihrádce nebo štítku produktu čárový kód nabídky.Označení opačně funguje přesně do chvíle, kdy potřebujete rozlišit dva stejné kusy, což je celý smysl sledování jednotlivých kusů.
